John 16:1 "I have told you this so that you may not fall away.

John 16:2 They will expel you from the synagogues; in fact, the hour  is coming when everyone who kills you will think he is offering worship to God.

John 16:4 I have told you this so that when their hour comes you may remember that I told you.  "I did not tell you this from the beginning, because I was with you.

John 16:5 But now I am going to the one who sent me, and not one of you asks me,  'Where are you going?'

John 16:6 But because I told you this, grief has filled your hearts.

John 16:7 But I tell you the truth, it is better for you that I go. For if I do not go, the Advocate will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you.....................

John 17:1 When Jesus had said this, he raised his eyes to heaven and said, "Father, the hour has come. Give glory to your son, so that your son may glorify you,

John 17:2 just as you gave him authority over all people, so that he may give eternal life to all you gave him.

John 17:3 Now this is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ.

John 17:4 I glorified you on earth by accomplishing the work that you gave me to do.

John 17:5 Now glorify me, Father, with you, with the glory that I had with you before the world began.

John 17:6 "I revealed your name  to those whom you gave me out of the world. They belonged to you, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word.

John 18:1 When he had said this, Jesus went out with his disciples across the Kidron valley to where there was a garden, into which he and his disciples entered.

John 18:2 Judas his betrayer also knew the place, because Jesus had often met there with his disciples.

John 18:3 So Judas got a band of soldiers  and guards from the chief priests and the Pharisees and went there with lanterns, torches, and weapons.

John 18:4 Jesus, knowing everything that was going to happen to him, went out and said to them, "Whom are you looking for?"

John 18:5 They answered him, "Jesus the Nazorean."  He said to them, "I AM." Judas his betrayer was also with them.

John 18:6 When he said to them, "I AM," they turned away and fell to the ground.
